The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were well-maintained. We also appreciated the convenient parking available on-site. The hotel's location next to the river was simply stunning, providing us with a beautiful view throughout our stay. Plus, it was so close to the church and the sanctuary, making it easy for us to attend our pilgrimages. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly, providing us with excellent service during our time here.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel in Lourdes. the location was perfect - just a short walk away from the grotto area and with a beautiful view of the river. The staff were also very welcoming and helpful, ensuring that all my needs were met. Additionally, the rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a wonderful view of the surrounding hills.
All was satisfactory, nothing to complain about.
